About HubLaunch

We built this for ourselves. Then we realized everyone needs it.

HubLaunch started with a complex project of our own. We went in believing the hype: coding with AI was supposed to be easy. And in a sense it was. The code came fast.

What nobody warned us about was the churn. Every session brought a new wave of changes, updates, and suggestions. The agent was always busy, and so were we, just keeping up with it. Somewhere in that constant motion we lost the thread. The critical decisions, the ones that actually shape a product, kept getting buried under the noise of everything else that was happening at once. It was hard to hold a single idea from start to finish.

We needed a way to simplify our own workspace. We wanted to make the important decisions deliberately, up front, and then step back while the work got done, without babysitting a terminal and without being pulled back into every detail. So we built a tool for ourselves: plan the change, approve it, and let the implementation happen somewhere else, with a verified pull request waiting at the end.

It changed how we worked. Once the churn was out of our way, we could think again. And it became obvious that the problem was not ours alone. Anyone building software with AI runs into the same wall: the tooling is powerful, but it demands your attention constantly, and attention is exactly what good decisions need.

That is what HubLaunch is for. We hope it fundamentally changes how people code with AI: fewer interruptions, clearer decisions, and the confidence to close the laptop while the work gets done.

Where we are today

We are a small, early-stage team, and HubLaunch is still evolving. The console and CLI are free to use for planning and tracking, and the hub-launch CLI and skills are open source. If something is unclear, or you have an idea for what would make your own workspace simpler, we would like to hear it.
